Senior Pastor – John Salvesen
John and his wife, Carolyn, have been married for 35 years and have called Keller their home for 28. Their older daughter, Brittany, lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with her husband, Dallas, two daughters and a son. Their older son, Brian, and his wife, Emma live in Lewisville. Their younger daughter, Jenna, lives in Keller, and their younger son, Andrew, lives in Abilene, TX. John is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology degree in Pastoral Ministries and a Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.). He has taught at pastors’ conferences in Mexico, Ukraine, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Myanmar. John serves on the board of directors for GraceLife Ministry and KATCH (local tennis association). He enjoys tennis, camping, gardening, and being involved in the community.
- John’s Doctoral Dissertation exploring the spiritual abusive, cult-life characteristics of churches whose doctrine is otherwise sound.
- Article written for GraceLife regarding how local churches can respond with both grace and truth to families whose children have gender identity disorder.
Worship Pastor – Travis Ham
Travis and his wife, Holland, live in Fort Worth with their three children, Kyla, James, and Zach. Travis is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a minor in Religion Studies. After graduation, Travis went through Pastor Tommy Nelson’s discipleship program at Denton Bible Church. Travis has served as the pastor over BCBC’s music ministry since 2006. He also oversees BCBC’s Young Families ministry. You can hear more of the songs Travis has written at travisham.com.
Youth Pastor – Kyle Davison
Kyle and his wife, Emily, live in north Fort Worth with their daughter, Avery and son, Liam. Kyle is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies. He also graduated with a Master’s in Christian Education with a focus on Youth Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Associate Pastor – Troy Godwin
Originally from Florida, Troy placed his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation when he was a teenager. He felt a call to vocational ministry when he was in his early thirties. He then moved from Florida to Dallas (TX), where he attended seminary at Dallas Theological Seminary and received his ThM degree. He was ordained in 2014 at Grace Bible church in Dallas. He served as the head Pastor for a small church in Franklin, TN before taking on his current role with Bear Creek. He is an avid college football fan and enjoys outdoor activities, especially anything on the water. Troy and his wife live in Roanoke.
Children’s & Missions Pastor – Adam Scott
Adam and his wife, Lillie, live in Saginaw with their eight children: Caden, Isaiah, Jesalyn, Natalie, Adaline, Mackenzie, Emilie, and Brielle. Adam’s role is to pastor the children of BCBC, equip the volunteers in our children’s ministry, and coordinate our efforts in foreign missions. He has a degree in business from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a graduate of Tommy Nelson’s discipleship program at Denton Bible Church. Adam was previously on staff at Denton Bible as the 5th & 6th Grade Ministry Director and was also a missionary in India.
Children’s Ministry Administrator – Sharon Campbell
Sharon and her husband, Bryan, live in Fort Worth with their daughter, Loraine. Sharon is graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master’s in Christian Education with a concentration in Ministry Based Evangelism.
Nursery Coordinator – Melisa Wolfe
Melisa and her husband, Monty, live in Keller. They have two grown daughters, Miranda & Madison and one son, Mason.
Assistant Nursery Coordinator – Dalena Castrejon
Dalena lives with her husband, Jose, in Fort Worth. They have 4 children: Elysia, Luke, James, and Eva.
Office Administrator – Sonia Linker
Sonia and her husband, Phil, live in Keller. They have three sons, Pate, Sean and Jase.
Business Administrator – Ramy Tadrous

Blessy and her husband, Naveen, live in North Richland Hills. They have two sons, George and Sebastian, and one daughter, Sarah.
